1. Service Description
Sooq Dawa is a B2B platform connecting pharmacies, suppliers, and pharmaceutical professionals: listings, reservations, medicine requests, wallet, and company management.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be 18+ and qualified to work in the pharmaceutical/pharmacy sector.
- You are responsible for accurate registration data and password confidentiality.
- We may require manual account activation to verify identity before publishing.
3. Acceptable Use
- Publish lawful and accurate pharmaceutical and pharmacy-related listings.
- Do not post misleading, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
- Do not misuse other users' contact information.
- Do not attempt to hack the platform or abuse the wallet.
4. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of content you publish and grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the Platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Wallet
Some features require a paid subscription or wallet balance. Prices and plans are shown in the app. Wallet payments are for in-platform B2B services, not App Store digital purchases.
6. Account Termination
You may delete your account from the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee listing accuracy or product quality. Transactions between users are at their own risk.
